Messaging terms & conditions

By opting in, users consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from APEX Capital Realty LLC. Such consent is not required for any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. APEX Capital Realty LLC reserves the right to modify message frequency and to alter the originating short code or phone number with notification.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, and other major carriers. APEX Capital Realty LLC and its service providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. A confirmation message will follow. The platform may not recognize cancellation requests that do not use these keywords.
