Rani Hussami engages in all areas of commercial real estate brokerage focusing mostly on Investments; Retail and Multi-family. Rani knows the community well and has a wealth of connections within the area. This allows him to facilitate results for buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and investors alike. Rani has approximately twenty years of experience in commercial real estate and represented companies on the acquisition and disposition of properties that best fit their business needs.
Rani is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee and provides investment services to commercial real estate investors by advising on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Apex Capital Realty, Rani was a commercial broker at Marcus & Millichap. He also worked at NAI Piedmont Triad, a commercial brokerage firm in Greensboro, North Carolina prior to relocating to South Florida.
